AP CCC mobile App-Customer Call Centre Mobile released by the APEPDCL


A new mobile application named CCC mobile App-Customer Call Centre Mobile Application has been released by the APEPDCL.

The mobile application will help the app enables escalation, monitoring, tracking and other electricity related complaints. The app is aimed at providing better services to customers received through 1912.

The app would provide quick response to complaints with better services to the customers at any time. All types of electricity related complaints can be registered using the 1912-ccc facility.

Consumers of the five districts of APEPDCL- Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, East and West Godavari can utilise the new application.  

The complaints so received through the toll free number will be registered and sent to the corresponding designated officer for immediate rectification of the problem. After rectification of the complaint SMS will be sent to the complainant for obtaining feedback.

All complaints will be monitored to improve at the customer satisfaction.
